I did change it and was able to access, though it didnt really help since it still said no upcoming events under my tickets tab, Honestly. Hooray!But it forgot who I was and told me to create an account again. So after waiting in line I had to go to another line for printed tickets. I am so sad and frustrated. I can see my tickets ,but when i go to transfer one to my wife it says session timed out.
